1.1 About the Platform

2.2 Account Verification (KYC)

dkt1 may request documents to verify account ownership at any time. These may include: National Identity Card (NID), passport, driving licence, or other government-issued identification. Failure to submit the required documents may delay or suspend the withdrawal process.

2.3 Account Security

It is entirely your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) confidential. You must not allow anyone else to use your account. If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, notify our support team immediately.

2.4 Account Suspension or Closure

dkt1 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account for any of the following reasons:

• Providing false or misleading information
• Operating multiple accounts
• Fraud, manipulation, or deceptive activity
• Attempting to harm other members or the platform
• Violation of applicable law

3.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount for all payment methods on dkt1 is ৳300. We support the following payment methods:

• Nagad
• Rocket
• Bank Transfer

Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly. If a deposit is pending for any reason, please contact our support with proof of the transaction.

3.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount for all methods is ৳500. Withdrawals are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes.

• Withdrawal requests can only be made from verified accounts.
• Withdrawals will be made via the same method used for the deposit.
• If there is an active bonus on the account, the withdrawal may be delayed until its wagering requirement is completed.
• dkt1 reserves the right to hold a withdrawal if any suspicious activity is detected.

3.3 Currency

All transactions on the dkt1 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in foreign currency are not applicable.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10 times (10x), meaning you must wager a total of ten times the bonus amount before withdrawing the bonus funds.

4.2 Bonus Terms

• Each bonus has its own terms and wagering requirements.
• The same bonus offer cannot be claimed more than once.
• Specific game restrictions may apply when playing with bonus funds.
• If evidence of bonus abuse is found, dkt1 reserves the right to forfeit that bonus and close the account.
• Two or more members will not be allowed to share the same bonus.

4.3 VIP Program

The dkt1 VIP program has 4 tiers. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 1.0% weekly cashback

Promotion to a higher tier is based on your activity and loyalty. Detailed terms for each VIP tier will be communicated separately.

5.1 Fair Play Policy

dkt1 ensures a fair and transparent gaming environment for all members. Our games are supplied by recognised game providers (Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, Evolution Gaming, and others) and operate on Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Playing games using automated software, bots, or scripts
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs
• Playing in collusion with other members or by card marking
• Any unethical attempt to influence game outcomes
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal purpose

5.3 Technical Issues

These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Responsible Gaming Policy together form the entire agreement between dkt1 and the member. No oral or written promise beyond these Terms shall apply.

10.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be inapplicable or unenforceable, all other provisions will remain fully effective.
